CTRL, a product of Trap Silicon · Last updated 2026-07-18

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CTRL, a managed Claude configuration subscription service ("CTRL", the "Service") operated by Trap Silicon ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CTRL provides subscription-based configuration files, slash commands, agent definitions, and related materials ("Configuration") intended for use with Claude Code and related tools. Configuration is generated based on information you provide (such as your industry or domain) and delivered as a downloadable package. CTRL is a configuration and content product; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Anthropic, and "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of their respective owner.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your license key confidential. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key or Configuration except as expressly permitted.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

4. License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Configuration for your own internal or business use. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, the Configuration templates, and all related intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer the license system, mint or forge license keys, or circumvent access controls. Unauthorized keys are void.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe any third party's rights; distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; resell or sublicense the Service without authorization; or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND CONFIGURATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Configuration will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular result. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any Configuration before relying on it. Any output produced by AI tools using the Configuration is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRAP SILICON, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trap Silicon and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your license to use the Configuration ends, though you may retain files already downloaded subject to these Terms. Sections 4–11 survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION — to be completed by Trap Silicon], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. If arbitration is unavailable, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction above.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
