We want you to be satisfied with CTRL. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To cancel, email admin@trapsilicon.com or use the cancellation link in your Stripe receipt.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within seven (7) days of that charge, provided you have not substantially used or redistributed the delivered Configuration. Refund requests are reviewed in good faith and, where approved, processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
CTRL delivers digital Configuration files and a license key immediately upon purchase. Because the product is delivered instantly, refunds are provided at our discretion within the 7-day window described above. After 7 days, payments for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable, but you may still cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual plans may be refunded in full within the 7-day window. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the current term, but will not auto-renew if cancelled before the renewal date.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge promptly.
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your license.
